FEE*: My fee is $95 per hour. Your insurance may pay a portion of this, though you may have a deductible or co-payment. I am an in-network provider for St. Barnabas EAP and Medicaid.

*A word about insurance: Most third-party payers allow a modest “Usual and Customary Rate” (UCR) as the most a provider can charge for services. If your insurance company allows a UCR of $60/hour and requires you to pay a $50 co-pay, the insurance company is only paying out $10/hour. Companies often restrict the number of sessions allowed, demand a great deal of paperwork and require a significant amount of personal information about you to be shared with them. It is therefore worth considering whether or not to use your insurance. If you have insurance, I will work with you on an out-of-pocket rate.

It is your responsibility to file claims with your insurance company. I will provide you with receipts. I accept cash and checks. If you have no insurance, talk to me about a possible reduced out-of-pocket rate.
